As the rationalization phase continuous and already on its third wave, newly appointed and promoted DENR personnel of the first and second wave were given opportunity to be well-informed about basic rights and privileges as employee. Thus, an orientation entitled “Orientation Program on Basic Employee Rights, Privileges and Benefits” was conducted on February 17, 2016 at Goodchow, Boac, Marinduque. Almost everyone attended the said orientation with 34 newly appointed and 14 promoted personnel.
